Reviews
I am more than happy to receive review requests directly from authors or their representatives. For established agency authors I will consider all genres on a book-by-book basis except erotica, which I will not review. For indie/self-published authors I will consider books from the following genres on a book-by-book basis:
I select books to review based on personal preference and will organise my review schedule based on that and my other commitments.
- Non-fiction
- Crime
- Mystery
- Thrillers (including medical thrillers)
- Action/Adventure
- Dystopian
- Zombie
- Post-Apocalyptic
- Suspense
- Espionage/Military
- Science in Fiction (lab-lit)
- Sci-Fi with a strong science/technology/medical focus
- Young Adult in any of the above genres

If you want to request a review, please fill in the form below then e-mail a review copy to tomesofthesoul@gmail.com, preferably in the Kindle format. Alternatively include the required information in an e-mail. Unfortunately, due to the amount of mail I receive, I am unable to reply to all review requests received. I endeavor to reply to requests once the review has been completed to notify the author of when the review will go live.
*NEW* Print books will be accepted for review in the genres of mystery, crime, thrillers and non-fiction - if submitted through an agency. As this blog is primarily focused on e-books, those books with e-book versions will be given preference. The restrictions on print book requests are there for the ease of both parties. Please bear in mind that I am based in the UK, as such international shipping charges may apply.

Completed reviews are posted on Tomes of the Soul as well as Goodreads, Twitter, Shelfari, Library Thing and Amazon where appropriate. Amazon reviews will be an edited version as Amazon does not allow reviews that have been posted on other sites. If you would like a review posted on a different site, please make me aware of this and I will do my best to oblige.
Promotions
I am more than happy to promote your book on the site AS LONG AS it is being offered free or at a discounted price for readers. This can be a limited time offer, a permanent price change or accomplished via a coupon or discount code that can be distributed via this site. In rare cases, I will promote a book which is not discounted or free, but this is done on my discretion.
I am also open to hosting book give-aways for both agency, indie and self-published authors. If this would appeal to you please e-mail/fill in the form to discuss details. All giveaways have to be run through Rafflecopter (which is free) to ensure fairness and the responsibility for providing a giveaway copy rests with the author/publisher/agency.

- I do not guarantee a time frame for a review.
- Reviews are based on my honest opinion, and as such I cannot guarantee a positive review. I will endeavor to explain my rating so that readers can make an informed choice.
- All reviews are my intellectual property and I reserve the right to post them on other sites.
- This blog is part of the Amazon Associates program, as such reviews will be linked to an associated Amazon product page.
- Giveaways: I am not responsible for providing a giveaway copy, the author/publisher/giveaway organiser will be responsible for providing the giveaway prize as well as the postage and packaging.
- Promotions: I am not responsible for price-changes, prices are accurate to the best of my knowledge on the day of posting.
- Print Books: The cost of postage and packaging will be met by the author/publisher. Once received the review copy becomes property of the reviewer.
